Following on from the success of our Monster Making Workshops back in May this year we adapted our template and came up with three Halloween ghouls; Bertram Bat, Derek Devil and Millicent our pretty ghastly ghost. These were the names of our test tube horrors but our team of happy stitchers came up with their own batty names.
It was great to welcome back some of our regulars and wonderful to welcome some newcomers too. We now have children from a variety of schools across the borough yet there is always someone who knows somebody else from a local dance class or swimming, so it makes for a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Thanks to Ann-Marie for making some delicious Halloween cupcakes – Luckily she saved two for us to have with a cup of tea when everyone had gone home!
